To help ensure damage-free delivery, please securely package your analyzer. We recommend using a protective case with a foam insert that fits snugly around your equipment. If you do not have a protective case, a double-walled box can be a suitable alternative. Make sure to surround the unit with at least two inches of firm packing material, such as bubble wrap, or another impact-absorbing material to protect it during transit.
When explaining the issue please be as detailed as possible. Some problems encountered in the firld may be difficult to duplicate. Any specifics you provide will aid our service technicians in repairing your equipment.
Before returning a product for a refund, replacement, or repair, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Products sent back without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender, or may result in unnecessary processing delays.

Please be advised that Cemtek Systems service policy for items held for 90 days or longer and left without an agreement to proceed with repair or a return to your facility will be subject to disposal at CSI's sole discretion.
Many analyzer issues can be resolved without it being returned by discussing them with one of our Service Engineers. Feel freet to give us a call at (888) 400-0201. We may be able to resolve your issue over the phone. If after contacting us you still feel it’s necessary to return your analyzer, fill out the form and submit. We will be happy to take a look.
